The entrance to the BandB Is located on Cheriton Road next to the Secret Garden Florist. From the M20 - leave at junction 13, take the 3rd exit on the roundabout towards Folkestone, then take the second exit on the next roundabout - Cherry Garden Avenue. At the large crossroadstraffic lights continue straight Shorncliffe road. Shorncliffe road bears left, continue. At the roundabout, go straight, second exit. The Old Palm House is visible on the junction just after the pelican crossing. From Folkestone Central Rail station. Exit the station and turn right. At the road, turn right and cross the road under the railway bridge. Continue and bear left at the fork (just before the church). Walk up the road, when The Old Palm House overlooks the pelican crossing. The entrance is on the Cheriton Road side of the building.
